Job Description

The Software Development Manager will lead an engineering team to transition ML and AI models from research into scalable, fault-tolerant production systems. They are responsible for technical strategy, hiring, mentorship, and driving operational excellence across the team's services.

Requirements: Candidates must have at least 7 years of engineering experience, including 3 years in team management and experience with large-scale distributed systems. A bachelor's degree in a technical field is required, along with a strong background in software development lifecycles and MLOps.
