Job Description

The Software Development Manager will lead an engineering team to transition ML and AI models from research into scalable, fault-tolerant production systems. They are responsible for technical strategy, hiring and mentoring engineers, and driving operational excellence across the team's services.

Requirements: Candidates must have at least 7 years of engineering experience, including 3 years in management and 1 year in distributed systems. A bachelor's degree in a technical field is required, along with experience in the full software development lifecycle.
