Sr. Software Engineer- AI/ML, AWS Neuron Distributed Training

Job Description

Lead efforts to optimize distributed training performance on AWS Trainium by working across PyTorch, JAX, and the Neuron compiler stack. Profile end-to-end workloads to identify and resolve bottlenecks in compute, memory, or collectives to ensure efficient model training.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in computer science and at least 5 years of professional software development experience. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in machine learning, distributed systems, and leading the design or architecture of complex software systems.
