Job Description

Lead and grow a team of engineers to build AgentCore Memory, a managed service for AI agent long-term and short-term memory. The role involves owning the delivery of globally distributed high-throughput services and driving operational excellence across multiple AWS regions.

Requirements: Requires 7+ years of engineering experience, 3+ years of team management, and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Candidates must have experience developing large-scale multi-tiered distributed systems using Java, C#, or C++.
