Manager, Professional Services Region

Job Description

Lead and grow NetApp's professional services organization by managing a two-tiered delivery team for services and consulting. Focus on driving customer satisfaction, managing financial targets, and evangelizing service offerings across the region.

Requirements: Requires at least 5 years of field-based services management and preferably 12 years of total related experience supporting enterprise customers. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or business discipline is required.
