Manager, Professional Services Region

Job Description

Lead and grow NetApp's professional services organization by managing a two-tiered delivery team of services and consulting. Focus on achieving high customer satisfaction, managing financial targets, and driving regional business growth through strategic collaboration with sales and engineering teams.

Requirements: Requires a minimum of 5 years in field-based services management with a preference for 12+ years of total related experience supporting enterprise customers. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or business discipline is required, along with expertise in cloud storage and consulting business models.
