AI Development & Agent Ops —  Senior Principal Software Engineer

Job Description

Design and build the services and platforms that enable 9,000 engineers to utilize AI agents at scale within the SDLC. This includes engineering the agentic harness, managing the agent lifecycle framework, and defining technical standards for knowledge base content.

Requirements: Requires over 10 years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in CI/CD, DevOps, and the current AI/agentic landscape. Candidates should have a proven ability to solve ambiguous problems and experience working cross-functionally in large enterprise environments.
