The engineer is responsible for the design, development, and validation of high-speed shaft components for utility-scale wind turbines. This includes driving technical excellence in reliability, executing root cause analysis for field failures, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve product quality.
Requirements: Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 2 years of industrial mechanical analysis and design experience. Proficiency in 3D-CAD tools like NX and FEA tools like Ansys is highly desired.
