Job Description

The role involves leading the digital modernization of the Multifamily Line of Business by mentoring teams in modern software engineering practices. The engineer will influence architecture, implement code, and drive the adoption of Agile, TDD, and microservices.

Requirements: Requires 5-7 years of engineering experience with at least 4 years leading modernized development teams at an enterprise level. Proficiency in Full Stack technologies (React, Java, Python) and AWS is essential.
