Construction Quality Control Manager

Job Description

Implement and maintain the project-specific Construction Quality Control Plan while managing the three-phase control process. Identify nonconforming work, exercise stop-work authority, and coordinate inspections and testing with stakeholders.

Requirements: Requires a minimum of 10 years of construction quality experience, including 5 years in a leadership role on complex projects. Must possess CQM-C and OSHA 30-Hour certifications and be proficient in federal quality reporting systems like QCS/RMS.
