Operations Manager

Job Description

The Operations Manager oversees manufacturing operations, including safety, quality, production, and warehouse functions at the division location. They are responsible for developing production plans, managing capital expenditures, and driving continuous improvement to meet customer expectations.

Requirements: A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's preferred, along with over 7 years of senior manufacturing management experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems is necessary, and the candidate must be able to travel approximately 15% of the time.
