Civil Engineer / Project Manager – Water and Wastewater

Job Description

Lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects from planning and design through regulatory approval and construction closeout. Serve as the primary engineering contact for municipalities and utility clients while reviewing and sealing civil engineering plans.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and an active Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas. Candidates need 6-8+ years of experience with specific expertise in TCEQ permitting and municipal utility infrastructure.
