Manufacturing Operations Specialist Job

Job Description

Acts as a liaison between the hourly workforce and salaried support team to drive safety, efficiency, and accuracy in the board mill's wet and dry end operations. Responsible for meeting SQDC metrics, managing standard operating procedures, and coaching employees on equipment and processes.

Requirements: Requires a high school diploma with 5+ years of manufacturing experience or a bachelor's degree in a technical or business field. Candidates must have practical experience in Lean Manufacturing and the ability to implement technical systems to achieve results.
