Specialist, Software Engineer (Functional Lead)

Job Description

The role involves leading a team of avionics software engineers while contributing to the technical execution and quality of software deliverables for surveillance projects. The lead acts as the primary interface between engineering project leads, program management, and cross-functional teams to ensure predictable execution and process compliance.

Requirements: Candidates must have a BS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering and at least 4 years of experience in real-time embedded software development. Proficiency in C programming and experience with DO-178 standards are highly desired, along with the ability to meet U.S. export control eligibility requirements.
