Job Description

The role involves leading the design and engineering of HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial building projects from concept through construction. Responsibilities include producing technical documentation, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and mentoring junior designers.

Requirements: Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Professional Engineer (PE) license. A minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial HVAC or plumbing design and proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD is required.
