Lead Principal Platform Software Engineer

Drive cross-group platform initiatives focusing on identity, configuration, and API gateways to improve reliability and performance. Establish architectural guardrails, observability frameworks, and security controls while mentoring engineers across the organization.

Requirements: Requires a high-level individual contributor (IC5) capable of designing complex distributed systems and leading strategic software initiatives. Must possess deep expertise in software architecture, secure coding practices, and the ability to influence cross-functional leaders.
