Job Description

The Real Property Specialist manages government-owned land, facilities, and assets at Malmstrom Air Force Base, including processing in-grants, out-grants, and disposals. The role involves conducting inventories, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure compliance with Air Force and federal requirements.

Requirements: Candidates must possess an active Secret clearance and be U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents. An associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field and at least one year of experience in real property or asset management are required.
