We're looking for a hands-on **Security Engineer** to help strengthen and expand our security and Azure environment during a period of growth and acquisition. This role is highly project-driven and focused on building a stronger foundation across security, automation, reporting, and Azure administration.

What you'll do

* Configure and manage Azure security controls, including Conditional Access and MFA
* Support security-focused Azure and Entra ID initiatives
* Build automations to streamline security workflows and incident response
* Create reports, dashboards, and KPI views for operational and executive visibility
* Help improve alerting and monitoring, including tools like Microsoft Sentinel
* Work on project-based security and infrastructure efforts as the team scales
* Support tenant rebranding and other Azure-related transformation work

What we're looking for

* Strong security engineering experience
* Hands-on Azure experience
* Experience with Conditional Access and MFA
* Ability to build practical automations
* Comfort creating reports and dashboards
* Self-starter who can work independently and deliver on projects
* Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset

* Kaseya experience
* Claude experience
* API knowledge
* Microsoft Sentinel experience
* Passkeys and risk-based policies experience
* Experience with Function Apps
* Experience in MSP or smaller, hands-on environments
* Familiarity with tools like SentinelOne and HardikWolf
