Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Founding Engineer, AI Platform - this is a hybrid position in San Francisco. Salary range: 180-250K plus benefits plus equity.
We are building Enterprise Intelligence: an AI-native workspace that turns a company's meetings, email, documents, Slack, and operational systems into durable memory, proactive agents, and customer-specific workflows.

**We are looking for a Founding Engineer with 3--7 years of experience to join our founding team and help build their Enterprise Intelligence platform from the ground up. You are an entrepreneurial, product-minded full-stack engineer who has lived the 0-to-1 journey before---whether as a founder, founding engineer, or early technical hire. You thrive in ambiguity, talk directly with customers, and ship production-quality AI-powered products quickly. This is a true 0-to-1 role where you'll work across product, infrastructure, agents, evals, and customer workflows, turning early customer pull into a durable platform.**

**What will you be doing?**

* Lead the core platform development for agents, including triggers, tools, approvals, evals, memory, observability, and workflow execution

* End to end product ownership---from customer discovery and technical design through implementation, launch, and iteration

* Work across the full stack to build core Enterprise Intelligence surfaces

* Shape the product roadmap, technical architecture, engineering practices, and culture of the company

Work experience

ML background: shipped AI-powered product features in production

Worked on products at an AI lab / open-source environment (Nice-to-have)
Education
BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree (Nice-to-have)
