Develop and specify automotive soft trim materials such as fabrics, leather, and synthetic skins for vehicle applications. Manage material development programs and collaborate with design offices and suppliers to ensure corporate objectives are met.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Textile or Materials Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in seating or soft trim materials. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and the ability to develop long-term material strategies.
