Construction Manager

Job Description

The Construction Manager provides technical support throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements development and submittal review to construction surveillance and closeout. They are responsible for monitoring contractor compliance, managing change orders, and maintaining accurate project documentation.

Requirements: Candidates must have a degree in construction management or technology and at least five years of extensive construction or contract-related experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project, along with the ability to obtain military installation access, is required.
