The Telecommunications Engineer is responsible for configuring, installing, and troubleshooting enterprise voice and data infrastructure. This includes supporting unified communications platforms and resolving connectivity issues from the physical layer through the application environment.
Requirements: Candidates need 2-3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or telecommunications, with a strong understanding of VoIP and network connectivity. A high school diploma or associate degree is preferred, while a bachelor's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
