Civil Engineer / Project Manager – Water and Wastewater

Job Description

Lead the design, permitting, and execution of water and wastewater infrastructure projects for municipalities and rural water corporations. Manage the full project lifecycle from initial planning and TCEQ submittals through bidding and construction closeout.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and an active Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license. Candidates need 6-8+ years of experience in municipal water/wastewater infrastructure and proficiency with AutoCAD.
