Opto-Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

Design, analyze, and integrate opto-mechanical systems and components for space-to-space power beaming spacecraft. Lead onsite precision alignment and execute test and validation plans to ensure optical performance and reliability.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Optical Engineering with at least five years of aerospace manufacturing experience. Proficiency in Zemax, CAD, and fiber optics skills is essential, with a Master's or PhD preferred.
