Job Description Dynamo Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced Test \& Evaluation Engineer to support Program Manager Positioning Navigation and Timing PM PNT at Aberdeen Proving Ground Maryland The selected candidate will support the development planning execution analysis and documentation of classified and unclassified test activities for products within the Combat Ready PNT portfolio The Test \& Evaluation Engineer will work closely with engineering program management cybersecurity logistics and other technical stakeholders to develop effective test strategies execute test events analyze results and provide leadership with clear recommendations regarding product performance and identified issues This position requires strong technical judgment critical thinking communication skills and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a DoD test environment Duties Responsibilities Develop test strategies plans and procedures for PM PNT and Combat Ready PNT products using system requirements engineering documentation and applicable technical standardsPlan coordinate and execute classified and unclassified test events for hardware software subsystems and systemsCoordinate personnel equipment data collection systems facilities and other resources required to accomplish test objectivesExecute test procedures and evaluate system performance against established requirements and test objectivesCollect review and analyze test data and provide leadership with clear findings implications and recommendationsDevelop review and support test documentation including Test and Evaluation Master Plans TEMPs test plans test procedures Test Readiness Review TRR materials test reports and test resultsUpload and maintain test data and documentation following test eventsIdentify document and support resolution of Test Incident Reports TIRsMaintain and manage JIRA to ensure accurate tracking and timely updates of TIRs and other test related issuesUpdate MAPS DAPS and DME systems with current software releases to ensure systems are properly configured and ready for testingSupport test equipment accountability inventory unpacking staging configuration and shipment activitiesAssemble and configure test equipment including vests antennas and other components for system checkouts demonstrations and test eventsAssist with keying devices using Communications Security COMSEC software as requiredPrepare and present classified and unclassified test briefings status updates and technical materialsParticipate in technical and program reviews including SRR SFR PDR CDR and TRRParticipate in IPTs working groups and other technical forums and provide input to schedules risks and budgetsAssist with the development and review of SOOs SOWs PWSs performance specifications and related acquisition documentationProvide technical input and assistance during proposal evaluations and other acquisition activitiesParticipate in classified meetings and test activities as requiredPerform other test and evaluation duties as assignedRequired SkillsAbilities Strong understanding of Test \& Evaluation principles and processesExperience developing and executing test strategies plans procedures and eventsExperience analyzing test data and translating technical results into meaningful findings and recommendationsExperience working with engineering requirements and technical documentationStrong analytical critical thinking and problem solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to coordinate effectively with engineers testers program managers government personnel and other stakeholdersAbility to work independently and manage multiple concurrent test activitiesExperience supporting DoD test and evaluation programs or systemsAbility to obtain and maintain the required security clearanceAbility to support classified and unclassified environmentsNice to Have Skills Experience supporting Army or DoD PNT programsExperience with Combat Ready PNT MAPS DAPS or DME systemsExperience with JIRA or other issuetest management systemsExperience with cybersecurity hardwaresoftware integration system compatibility qualification environmental EMIEMC or other specialized testingExperience with COMSEC equipment and keying proceduresExperience supporting formal technical reviews such as SRR SFR PDR CDR and TRRExperience with test data acquisition and analysis toolsExperience working in a classified DoD test environmentEducation and Experience Bachelors degree in Engineering with 7 years of relevant experience or Masters degree in Engineering with 5 years of relevant experienceRelevant experience must include testing and evaluation of DoD systems products or technologiesTravel Requirement 25 travel may be required to support local and field test events exercises technical meetings and other program activitiesClearance Requirement Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain a Top SecretSalary Range The salary range for this position represents Dynamos good faith estimate of the compensation expected to be offered at the time of posting Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the role the candidates experience skills education
