Senior Software Engineer, Reliability

Job Description

Own the end-to-end reliability of the call connection process, including the build, test, and deployment pipelines. Develop observability funnels and SLOs while driving incident root cause analysis across the full stack.

Requirements: Requires over 5 years of experience operating production backend or distributed systems with deep expertise in AWS and Terraform. Candidates should be comfortable with telephony systems (SIP/RTP) and have a strong background in reliability disciplines.
