The role involves designing and managing change management strategies for large-scale Finance Transformation initiatives to accelerate ROI and reduce adoption risk. Responsibilities include performing stakeholder impact assessments, driving executive alignment, and measuring the effectiveness of change interventions.

Requirements: Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and over 7 years of experience in change management or communications related to strategic transformations. Experience in complex, matrixed organizations and familiarity with ERP implementations or AI tools is preferred.
