Job Description

The role involves designing and executing change management strategies for large-scale Finance Transformation initiatives to accelerate ROI and reduce adoption risk. Responsibilities include performing stakeholder assessments, managing leadership alignment, and delivering creative communications to drive the adoption of AI-powered finance ecosystems.

Requirements: Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in change management or communications related to strategic transformations. Experience with ERP implementations and the ability to work in complex, matrixed organizations is highly preferred.
