Job Description

The role involves designing and executing change management strategies for large-scale Finance Transformation initiatives to accelerate ROI and reduce adoption risk. Responsibilities include performing stakeholder assessments, managing leadership alignment, and delivering creative communications to drive organizational adoption.

Requirements: Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in change management or communications related to strategic transformations. Experience in complex, matrixed organizations and familiarity with ERP implementations or AI tools is preferred.
