Job Description

Design and execute change management strategies for large-scale Finance Transformation initiatives to accelerate ROI and reduce adoption risk. Develop leadership alignment plans and creative communications to drive the adoption of an AI-powered finance ecosystem.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in Business, Change Management, or related fields with over 7 years of experience in strategic transformations. Candidates should have a proven ability to lead change in complex, matrixed organizations and ideally possess an MBA or experience with ERP implementations.
