Job Description

The role involves designing and executing change management strategies for large-scale Finance Transformation initiatives to accelerate ROI and reduce adoption risk. It requires managing leadership alignment, delivering creative communications, and measuring the effectiveness of change interventions through defined metrics.

Requirements: Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in change management or communications related to strategic transformations. Experience in complex, matrixed organizations and familiarity with ERP implementations or AI tools is preferred.
