Job Description

Oversee a team of civil engineers and project managers, managing staff utilization, revenue projections, and professional development. Lead all phases of civil and site design project development while ensuring financial profitability and adherence to deadlines.

Requirements: Requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in civil/site engineering, specifically within Indiana. Must be a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Indiana or be able to obtain licensure.
