Senior Electrical Engineering Lead

Job Description

Lead the daily workflow and professional growth of the Reno office engineering team while managing internal and cross-functional project initiatives. Design and oversee low-to-medium voltage power distribution, lighting, and control systems for utility, industrial, and commercial clients.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 8-10 years of engineering experience plus 2-3 years of leadership experience. Candidates must be licensed in California or eligible for licensure by comity, with a strong proficiency in AutoCAD or Microstation.
