Job Description

Lead the design and implementation of an Ads-specific Gemini foundational model using RL and SFT. Architect a standardized framework for scaling tasks, evaluations, and experimentation while collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree and extensive experience in Python/C++, ML infrastructure, and technical leadership. Preferred candidates hold a Master's or PhD and have deep familiarity with generative AI or Search/Ads infrastructure.
