Manufacturing Engineer - Lean

Job Description

The Industrial Engineer will apply Lean principles to continuously improve factory operations, focusing on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory. Responsibilities include leading Lean activities, supporting new product introductions, and developing production teams and processes.

Requirements: Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field and at least 7 years of manufacturing experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Lean methodologies, and Microsoft Office is required, with SAP experience preferred.
