* Local focus with variety---serve customers across a defined territory (Sioux Falls, Minneapolis, or Kansas City base) with emphasis on the Dakotas market.
* Latest technology---work on advanced CNC machining and turning centers.

* Balanced travel---approximately 50% with paid travel; not a national road-warrior position.

Your impact

* Execute on-site service: installations, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for CNC machine tools.
* Resolve technical issues and support the sales team with subject-matter expertise.
* Communicate effectively with customers, teammates, and partners.
* Uphold Ellison Technologies' professional and ethical standards.
* Own your queue: manage service cases/projects and maintain detailed records and technical documentation.
* Take on related tasks as assigned to meet customer and business needs.

What you bring

* Hands-on experience with CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers (install, repair, and maintenance).
* Diagnostic strength in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
