Job Description

Design and build tools for storing and providing variant, sample, and test level information to support accurate genetic interpretation. Develop systems to translate raw bioinformatic data into normalized information and automate evidence classification.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of professional software development experience, specifically with Python, cloud platforms, and front-end technologies. Preferred candidates have advanced degrees in Bioinformatics and experience with genomic data resources and machine learning.
