Research Scientist / Software Engineer, LLM/Agent Platform - TikTok - Content Ecology AI Innovation & Platform

Job Description

Architect and build scalable infrastructure and reusable pipelines for the lifecycle of LLMs and AI agents. Design core platform components including model registries, feature stores, and high-throughput retrieval systems to support global-scale AI workloads.

Requirements: Requires a degree in Computer Science and 2+ years of experience in software engineering focused on ML or AI infrastructure. Preferred candidates hold a PhD and have extensive experience with distributed training, GPU optimization, and agent architectures.
