Job Description

Design and operate the technical systems powering the company's revenue motion, including AI-powered email automation and outbound infrastructure. Own the HubSpot CRM architecture, data integrity, and multi-touch attribution models to drive pipeline growth.

Requirements: Requires 4-10 years of experience in GTM engineering or revenue ops with fluency in Python or JavaScript and experience with LLM APIs. Must be proficient in the modern GTM stack, including HubSpot, Clay, and no-code automation tools.
