Lead Software Engineer – Enterprise Observability

Job Description

Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale observability and logging platforms to ensure system reliability and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML tools for autonomous issue detection and streamline instrumentation via CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements: Requires an associate degree and 7+ years of experience in software or infrastructure engineering with a focus on observability. Must possess strong expertise in cloud-native development, infrastructure as code, and leadership of distributed systems.
