Civil Engineer

Job Description

The Civil Engineer is responsible for assessing project feasibility through site analysis and reviewing infrastructure, grading, and layout plans created by third-party engineers. They also manage the permitting process and provide construction support through site visits to ensure plan accuracy and alignment with project goals.

Requirements: Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and multifamily design are required.
