Job Description

Lead the end-to-end design, development, and qualification of advanced electric motor systems for aerospace and defense platforms. Translate complex system requirements into manufacturable solutions while guiding multidisciplinary teams through the full product lifecycle.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 10+ years of experience in high-performance electric motor design, specifically with ANSYS Motor-CAD. U.S. Citizenship is mandatory due to government contract requirements and export-controlled information.
