Staff Software Engineer, Data Platform

Job Description

Lead the technical direction of major Data Platform initiatives including scaling, GRC, and stream processing from conception to production. Act as a force multiplier by building reusable primitives and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical strategy.

Requirements: Requires 7+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record of driving large-scale distributed systems and data infrastructure initiatives. Must possess strong technical judgment and the ability to influence alignment across engineering, product, and business teams.
