Senior Mechanical Engineering Lead

Job Description

Serve as the lead mechanical engineer and technical authority for complex building design and renovation projects across various sectors. Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver HVAC and central utility systems while providing strategic design direction and quality assurance.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Professional Engineer (PE) registration with at least 15 years of progressive experience in building systems. Must have a proven track record of leading large, complex projects in sectors like Life Sciences and Higher Education.
