Industrial Engineer

Job Description

The Industrial Engineer focuses on optimizing production flow, reducing costs, and improving product value through data-driven metric analysis and process improvements. Key duties include automating KPIs, managing labor standards, and utilizing simulation software to alleviate capacity constraints.

Requirements: Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, or a related engineering field with at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in SAP, AutoCad, and Lean methodologies is required along with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
