### What You'll Be Doing:

* Tackle challenging design tasks for VDOT, local municipalities, and private clients
* Gain hands-on experience and develop your skills under the guidance of seasoned professionals
* Contribute to impactful projects that improve transportation infrastructure and enhance safety

### What You'll Bring:

* B.S. in Civil Engineering is required
* Registration as an E.I.T. is a plus, but not required
* 2 to 4 years of experience in transportation engineering design
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with strong written and oral communication skills
* A keen ability to apply standard engineering methods while thinking critically about design challenges.
