Senior Industrial Engineer

Job Description

Lead the design, optimization, and standardization of manufacturing processes to improve workflow efficiency and scalability. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support the launch of new product lines through value-stream mapping and performance metric analysis.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Preference is given to candidates with experience in electrical equipment manufacturing and Lean Six Sigma certifications.
