Job Description

Lead the end-to-end design, development, and qualification of advanced electric motor systems for aerospace and defense platforms. Act as the technical authority translating system requirements into manufacturable, high-reliability motor solutions while guiding multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 10+ years of experience in high-performance electric motor design, specifically with ANSYS Motor-CAD. Must be a U.S. Citizen with expertise in aerospace standards and the full product development lifecycle.
