Industrial Engineer

Job Description

Develop and optimize sub-assembly layouts and material flows using AutoCAD to support scalable aerospace and autonomous systems production. Conduct detailed time and labor studies to establish standards, balance production lines, and drive continuous process improvement.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and typically 3-5 years of experience in high-growth manufacturing environments. Proficiency in AutoCAD and experience with time studies, line balancing, and lean manufacturing principles are essential.
