Founding Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Description

Establish the Forward Deployed Engineering function by embedding with power engineers and GTM teams to translate complex utility problems into product requirements. Lead the dogfooding, rollout, and adoption of AI-native tooling to improve grid intelligence workflows.

Requirements: Requires a product-minded software engineer with strong proficiency in Python and SQL and meaningful experience in power systems or utility infrastructure. Must possess high agency and the ability to drive technical adoption within complex enterprise environments.
